Gagan Singh founded Nirmaan Ready Mix Concrete to bring plant-controlled concrete to builders across Lucknow. More than fifteen years on, the company runs two batching plants and has supplied over 500 residential, commercial and infrastructure projects.

He still works close to the technical side of the business: the mix designs that go out, the delivery schedules that have to hold, and the site teams who call when a pour has to be right the first time.
